On Feb 2, 2004, I purchased a sofa group costing $5400.00 requiring a 50 % deposit. I paid using my visa debit card a total of $2700.00 and was told 8-10 weeks for delivery. After numerous months of stall tactics i was informed by a chump named John Bergeron that the company went bancrupt and he was trying to save it. I was informed that I would not get my merchandise and that the order was never placed and in addition , I would not be given a refund.
June 1, 2004 came around and Bergeron claimed he would give me money over a 8 month period of time. $ 450.00 was sent to me in june and upon further phone calls I was told that I would receive nothing else from them . Leatherland usa stole my money, they owe me a total of $2,250 and Im furious !!!

As of the above date Mr. Bergeron has made an attempt to repay my deposit. Last week I was overnighted a check for $750.00 and was told that the rest would be coming. From what I am told , he is the new owner and I believe that he is trying to turn the company around and save it from folding. I will update with future progress.
