LED Outifitters Does not respond to attempts to contact. Internet

This is an absolutely terrible company. They may be a little cheaper than most online sources for emergency vehicle electronics, but mark my words, go anywhere else. I placed an order for a PA system and some low profile LED lights more than 2 weeks ago and I have not heard anything from the company. I have sent numerous emails and have called in many times just to get an answering machine.

In a nutshell, this company is scam. An automatic email was sent to me more than a week ago claiming that my order had been shipped and that tracking info would be provided. Tracking information was never provided. For all I know they do not plan on shipping my order. All I want is either my order, or my money back, but I cant get either without being able to contact these guys. I will be filling a formal complaint with the New York BBB by the end of the day, If that doesn't work then the FTC will be getting a complaint from me and I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company. Don't let these guys get you, stay away from LED Outfitters.
