LEDAR TRANSPORT.INC WORKING FOR NO PAY /screwed others too KANSAS CITY Missouri

Like all other drivers that leased onto Ledar Transport i paid my $1000.00 deposit and signed a contract to perform driving services for .80 cents per mile loaded or empty. I began driving for the company and continually ran to the legal limits allowed by the DOT.

1st week came and went no check Norma Higgs told me that my expenses were too high and that is why i got no pay. 2nd week no check and no documents to where my pay was going. 3rd week finally got a check for a little over $200.00, was told i needed to watch my expenses better, after examining the settlement sheet found they had charged me truck expenses for the week prior to my signing a contract with them.

When i talked with payroll clerk Patty and then shifted to Scott Higgs he assured me that it would be reimbursed.(news flash-i never got it returned)4th week no pay and so on etc... I had gotten three checks from Ledar Transport the last one they stopped payment on and have ruined my check writing possibilities with company's i have done business with for many years.

When i confronted Norma Higgs on the phone about it she stated "You had other expenses pending and no other pay due you so we got our money back". Needless to say I was fuming so she hung up and refused to talk with me about it any further. These people have gotten away with much and it is time that they "RUE THE DAY", they ever decided to screw honest hard working truck drivers. I promised them and I promise you I will not give up until Ledar Transport pays restitution to all they have wronged and/or they are shut down for good.

These people are worse than Worldcom or Enron they strick at the very fiber of our working class. All that have leased with Ledar Transport have only gone backwards financially while Ledar and all its family members have prospered. These people belong behind bars where all thieves belong
