Lee Izhakpor Construction and Real Estate FRAUD!!! Agoura Hills, California

He was a very good friend of mine for a long time until he approached me one day to get involved with him and his family and purchase some real estate.  They had always been well off so i figured he's been my friend for so long i might as well go forward with it because they're helping me out to get ahead to where they are in life.

I had good credit and was in undergrad at the time.  We all went out one night with his brother Lee Izhakpor and he told me they had their mortgage guy that gets the best approvals and they can help with getting us qualified to purchase the real estate and make profits.  Long story short, I went forward with them to purchase the properties. 

Joseph and Lee went behind my back and forged applications, submitted false information on my behalf and flipped 4 properties on to my name and my social security number and cashed out over $350,000.00 CASH from escrow.  They made money on all of the loans with their mortgage broker giving them half his commissions, never found me the tenants they promissed and dissappeared without providing 50% of the costs as we had agreed to on our partnership for these 4 properties.

Once they dissapeared i couldnt make payment and all 4 properties went into foreclosure which became the point that i had to seek counsel and hire an attorney.  After 3 years in court and litigation i won against them and now have judgements which dont help much as they are thiefs that know how to hide their assets.

My credit is ruined, the IRS is after me now for capital gains tax where they made all of the money and its been a couple years and i still have to deal with this. please think twice before you engage with these white collar criminals in any way shape or form.  They are the most scandelous people i have ever met and i'm sure the law will catch up to them in due time.
