Lee Johnson Kirkland Kia Lose your job, you are screwed! Kirkland Washington

Due to pending loss of job, Lee Johnson Kirkland will not release me from a car contract though the full deposit has not been paid. Ron Parr (sales associate)is now threatening myself and my family to check up on us within the next two weeks to verify that another car has been purchased. His statement to myself and my family is implying that he has intent and has premeditation to harass and stalk us.

Ron Parr has also also informed myself and my family that Lee Johnson Kirkland can either be the friendliest or the meanest people to deal with. Following the conversation with Ron Parr on 1/31/09, he transferred us to his used car manager, Ken Jakel who informed us that I need to come and pick up the car even though the dealership has previously informed us that I cannot take delivery of the car until proof of insurance is produced (no insurance).

In an email to my family on 2/1/2009, Ron Parr on behalf of Lee Johnson Kirkland states that they pride themselves on putting their customer 1st and they value every customer and welcome every opportunity to assist our customers and ensure their purchase is as convenient and as pleasant an experience as possible. If this is the business practice of a family owned dealership, I am appalled that they can make such a bold statement, but yet not follow it.

No customer should have to deal with this type of threats and hostility as an acceptable business practice of company and should not be tolerated by an average consumer especially in this economy where people are being laid off everyday. If this is the way business is conducted in such a difficult time, then the consumer is in for a wild ride as the year continues.
