Lee Law Office Dennis P. Lee Rotten Process of Delivery Service Omaha Nebraska

This is about a Law firm in Omaha, Ne that used the cheapest way possible to have an Summons issued by the Douglas County Court to be served upon me that i NEVER RECEIVED.   Nebraska State Law states that an individual party, other than a person under the age of fourteen years, may be served by personal, residence, or certified mail service.   This was NEVER done on there part.   The person who delivered this Court Summons was a Constable for the Douglas County Court that had been told to deliver it to the last known address of where i use to live and HAND DELIVER IT to who ever was there at that address.  

A personal phone call to him by me was done and confirmed by him that this is what he done.   HE NEVER CHECKED TO GET AN ID ON HIS RETURN OF SERVICE ON HIS PART, NO ADDRESS LISTED, NO TIME LISTED -  and to make it worst,  he stated that he Personally hand delivered it to me.     

Thanks to this Law firm and the Rotten service of delivery, this went to court without my knowledge and a Judgment was placed against me by Ford Motor Credit of which after 10 years remains on my credit report as of this date.    Now, another Law Firm here in North Carolina is trying to collect on this long judgement.      BETWEEN NEBRASKA STATE LAWS AND A BOTTOM FEEDING COCKROACH LAW FIRM, THIS COULD HAPPEN TO ANYONE.
