I feel it is my civic duty to inform and warn the general public; do NOT accept checks from this Texas indiviual or any of his numerous companies.  EVER!

Denton County's website lists 7 separate "Hot Check" violations against him.  Their jail record also shows he was arrested for theft of property (over $1500 but less than $20,000) and this theft is dated differently than his other 7 prosecutions.  There may be numerous other violations in other counties as well but I have enough local information to prove to me he has a habitual problem.

So why not file with our local District Attorney you ask?   Answer: We have two locations; our Corporate Office is in Texas but our sales are generated from Oklahoma.  He mailed a hot check for $1,282.05 to our Oklahoma office and it was deposited in our Oklahoma bank account.  We now know we have to file with the District Attorney for the county where the check went NSF.  Since he's from out-of-state, he'd have to get stopped for a traffic violation in Oklahoma before an arrest could be made.  I highly suspect he knows this loophole as well.

Our best recourse is to hire an attorney and sue him instead for "stolen" materials.  So if you happen to read this complaint, Mr. Lee Michael-Ehrlich Hair, get ready for our lawsuit.  You stalled us, you ignored us and probably think you got away with it but sooner or later, you are going to pay what's due.
