A client of mine who owned a skating ring build in the 70's was is need of as-built services as it was being sold and the buyer required proper drawings and measurements. The original person hired by my client was a scam and not only was paid for services not rendered, but his inactions delayed the closing, holding up millions of dollars.

I met Dennis Leehan, of Leehan Design last year during a architect/builder seminar and by luck, still had his card on in my desk drawer. I called Leehan Design and expressed the urgency of getting complete as-built drawings for fear of losing the entire deal. Dennis Leehan arrived the very next morning with a team member and were inside the building taking measurements by 10am in the morning. They completed a week job in 3 days!

I was impressed to say the least as they worked 12+ hours a day to get the job done quickly. The drawings were completely accurate, which helped as archetects were present at closing to price the remodeling.
