Lees Auto Ranch Texel Auto Finance Contract states i have warrenty 3 months after purchase have yet to recieve one. Ellington Connecticut

I purchased my car on May 12, 2008, as of August 11, 2008 i have been getting the run around about my warrenty. Lees auto ranch states that i have a warrenty,i personaly called the warrenty company and they state I Do Not have a warrenty. My contract with the dealership states that i have a 3 year or 36000 mile warrenty on the car. The car needs repair and has since i purchased it, the dealership states that there is nothing wrong with car, that it passed all there test. however i took the car to two other dealerships and they both state that the car was sold with the struts shot they are no good and bald tires, as well as other minor repairs. i have been going back and fourth with the dealership as well as the finance company and have gotton no where. they have lied to me a number of times i have every thing doucumented.

I am beyond fed up, I have told them sa of today August 11,2008 that i will be getting a lawyer and i will be filling with DMV. I also found out that the person who owned the car before which was purchased from lees auto ranch had filed a complaint with dmv for the same reasons, and the same repairs. BUYERS BEWARE OF LEES AUTO RANCH! i do not recommened any one to purchase a car from there. there moto is honest family values ! thas bs they are the biggest scam artisits!!
