LEFTERIS DESIGN GROUP Took my money, did not ship product, does not reply to emails Internet

1. Placed an order for SAAB hood badges on the 24th of May 2009. The total amount was for $20.98, paid for using PayPal.

2. Received an email from them on the 25th of May 09 stating the following: "The transaction was successful and we will ship your goods at the first possible opportunity (if applicable)." No shipping date was provided.

3. On the 13th of June sent them an email asking for the status of my order.

4. Received an email from them on the 15 of June stating the following (uncorrected for grammer and spelling) :" I have post your order on time from Athens Greece. It usualy takes about a week to delevered worldwide but there is times that takes up to 20 days or more to Australia, USA and Canada in most cases, but this is very rare!As you can see on my feedbacks, there is times that from Athens to New York or Canada delevered in only 3 to 5 days! Please give it a few days more and let me know if you have not received, in order to post your order again ."

5. On the 16th of June, I sent them another email stating that I had still not received the order, and asked them whether they could resend it.

6. Received another email from them stating : " I have dispatced from Europe again today the following item to you.Looks like the first package is lost, so I have post it again for you.Please note that this is a non registered mail envelope from your local post office, so please check your mail box."

Expected delivery times are:5 to 15 working days for United States"

7. On the 6th of July sent them an email again asking for order status. Requested cancellation of my order and a refund of my money. No reply from them ever since.
