I was charged $ 7.86 for a 2 minute local ( within 5 miles ) phone call from a pay phone !!

When I called to ask if they thought this was an excessive charge, they very casually said "no, not at all".

When I asked if they thought my State Attorney Generals Office, or State Public Utilities Commission might disagree, the same person said, again very casually, " didn't really care "

I beg to differ !
