Legacy Captial Energy LLC, Paralel Securties, Samual London Scam, principle owner has history of bankrupting after investors come in Irving Texas

I have worked for them till I noticed signs of a scam in effect. No one in this company is registered to sell securities in the state. The area where the 'so caled oil company which has never drilled before' has been over drilled and has a history of producing for a few months.

The security filling with the state is for a 1 Mill dollar play, they are attempting to raise 3.2 million. This is enough to drill 10 wells, however they only plan to drill one. There are more oil companies in the DFW area attempting to grab your money than permits with the state to drill.

Legacy Capital Energy Group doesn't even have thier number on the website. About ten people there have the same title, VP Investor Relations (100% commission).

The number listed for the Company is 'Parallel Securities' , Sami London, AKA Sami Mohamid in 2006 changed his name because he previosly bankrupted his last oil company due to in-activity (no oil).

He lied to the staff repeatedly, so I left.

He (sami) and Legacy has been and still is under investigation with the State Secrities Board of Texas.

I have forwarded this story over to channel five here in Dallas and this should put an end to the whole project.
