Legacy Fisherman, Inc no payoff on my trade in found out 2 yaers later that some one was making my pyments in my name and using the boat dania beach, Florida

I perchaced a 206cc seafox boat from from legacy fisherman on sept 27, 2007. on feb 25, 2008 I traded the boat in to the same dealer (Legacy Fisherman) in dania fl, for a bigger boat. I expected them to be a reputable company and pay off the loan on my trade in. on jan of 2010 I recieved a late payment on my original boat. it turns out that some one has been making payments on this boat in my name without my permission .I dont know whew this person is and I dont know where this boat is Legacy Fisherman is no longer doing business out of dania. stay away from this company they are a ripoff watch out for a guy called ron a big fella a woman called dawn with an english accent and there other acomplace tom. this has been and still is a nightmare for me and my family.these people shoud go to prison where they belong.
