This company requires you to prepay for calls from inmates in jail. If your balance is not over a certain amount they will not connect your call even when the balance is over the amount of the connection fee.

They charge a $10.80 fee to connect your call and .89 per minute. However their terms of service say they can change their rates to whatever they want whenever they want.

Even when you get a call and can't hear the caller they will charge you for that call.
