I purchased a 2000 Cadillac Escalade in February when I purchased the truck I was told it was in mint condition it just had a brand new fuel pump installed after about 2 weeks the break started to scrub I got brand new brakes done and they still continue to screw up and I was told that it needed new rotors so I got that fixed another week passed the right me mirror feel off the truck while i was driving I'll call the agency to let them know what had happened and they told me that they could fix it for a pay $55.00 okay fine I gave him the money to fix it If Then I had a major oil leak and to get this before I was going to be out of $400 so I called legacy and let them know that I wasn't going to be able to pay my car note on time because of the problem and they told me okay it was it was fine so after I got my truck at the shop two days later I was at work and they sent a tow truck to pick up my car after I explained the situation to them that they already knew about they still told me that I had to pay the car note and a 880 tow fee

Trying to decypher what in the world you're saying is you bought this thing AS IS which means no warranty. You had problems with it. You then decided to not make your payment on time in the early days of a loan and they did a repo. When you don't make your payments, you get repo'ed. Its as simple as that.
Oh yes, one suggestion, learn to write the English language using proper PUNCTUATION and sentence structure.
No rip off. YOU decided to NOT make your payment.
