I contacted Legacy Publishing Total Transformation to have the trial information to be sent to me.  I listened to the tv advertisement that claims that the program is totally free.  Once you call them they ask for credit card information, but they go on to say that they will refund 100% of your money once you complete their survey within a specific time frame which I did.  Just when I thought I was done with them and they refunded my money, they debited another $119.00 from my bank account.  I contacted them only to be told I was suppose to return a child's CD.  No where did they mention that in the phone agreement which I wrote down word by word.  They refused to return my money.  I call this a scam! Don't fall prey to their poor business tactics.  You could lose over $500 or more since they especially target parents who are vulnerable.

Legacy Publishing Company dates and facts regarding this order.

AUTHOR: Legacy Publishing Company - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 03, 2012

The consumer placed an order on 3/6/12.  This order included the Total Transformation Program, Total Focus Program, and access to our Parental Support Service. The billing and guarantee terms for all products and services were explained properly and agreed to when the consumer placed the order on 3/6/12 as well as during their call to Customer Service on 3/7/12.

The cost of the Total Transformation Program is three payments of $119.00 each. The program was purchased under the Feedback Survey Promotion. This promotion features a full product price refund in exchange for a complete survey postmarked within 180 days from the date of delivery. The first payment of $119.00 processed on 3/7/12, and the second payment of $119 on 4/6/12.  Upon receipt of the consumers completed survey on 4/24/12, the 3rd and final payment was cancelled and a refund was issued in the amount of $238.

The cost of the Total Focus Program is $119.00. This program is backed by a 60 day guarantee which began the date of delivery and ended on 5/10/12. These terms were also included in the package. On 6/13/12, a call was made to Customer Service regarding a 6/12/12 charge of $119.  The consumer was advised that this charge was for the Total Focus Program.  The consumer stated they were never advised of this charge.  A request was sent to our Quality Assurance Department to review the original 3/6/12 sales call to verify the terms for the Total Focus Program.  The outcome was that these terms were explained clearly and the consumer agreed to the terms. These results were sent to the consumer.  The consumer has requested to hear the call so a recording is in the process of being provided to the consumer.

The Support Service is offered at a $1.00 trial fee for the first 30 days of access and $49.00 a month thereafter for unlimited access until cancelled. This service was cancelled per request on 4/17/12. A $49.00 refund was initiated, as a courtesy, per the consumers request on 4/24/12.  This refund was verified during a call to Customer Service on 4/25/12. It was advised it could take up to 10 days for the refund to post to the account.

The account is paid in full and no longer eligible for return or refund.
