Legacy Services aka Ridgeway Financial Legacy Services unautorized checking account Debit Atlanta Georgia New York

This company took $349.00 out of my daughters account without her permission. They told her they were contacting her because she had been the victim of telemarketers in the past, they told her that she would recieve a voucher for $500.00 and a device to block all telemarketers...

they also told her that they needed all of her info, like checking account number, address etc.. but that they could not do anything without the routing number..... they told her never to give that to anyone unless she had recieved what they promised. ....

once she recieved the device and the voucher, they would contact her to get the routing number, and her autherization to take the funds, needless to say, no device or voucher ever arrived, and they took $349.00 out of her account... of course a routing number for any bank is very easy to get..... she had no way of knowing that...

This company simply ripped her off...
