Legal Affidavit Proceing Us lec of Florida INC Threaten Miami , Florida

I started to received calls from this company 08/31/10, A man that called himself Officer Mark Williams called my house and work and threaten that I would be arrest and my employer get in trouble for not telling me to call them. The day after Mr. Williams called again my house and my employer, this my employer got the threat again, but this time I answer the phone, Mr. Williams didn't tell me why he was calling because I would speak to him before I got his badge number, so he hung up on me. The next day Mr. Williams called again, I still asked for a badge number and finally got from his supervisor and because I told I would call Miami Pd and got mad and told me that they would call my local law enforcement and have my arrest, I informed to go ahead and they hung up on me again and when I tried to call back they would not answer. I call my local law enf office and the detective called Mr Willaims and told them law and lied to detective that they didn't say that. They told the detective that I had a payday and never paid it. I once again called them and wanted to know about the payday loan and they said I owe 700.00 and they would drop 300.00, I wouldn't give me the company name and I informed I had right to the information because I wouldn't pay anything until I found out about the payday loan and once they hung up on me. I writing this so people can know about this scam because they had all my information that really scary. ***I wanted this people stop and shut down and out of bussiness**
