Legal CPN/ Jason Williams Victor Williams refused to give me a refund after 3 months and then posted cheap TradeLines that I didn't order Michigan Internet

 On September 17th, 2015 I paid Jason Williams aka Victor Williams $1,875 for a trip merged cpn and three tradelines. I was promised that I would have the cpn along with the 3 tradelines within a week maybe two depending on availability. Mr. G for Legal Cpn explained how long the process should be and assured me that the lines will post. After three months of calling, texting, and emailing both Mr. Williams and Mr. G they just kept giving me different posting dates. Mr. Williams only answered the phone once and text twice. Mr. G didn't even understand why my lines wasn't posting and began to get irritated right along with me. Of course I felt as if he was just playing along. In their contract it states that after 60 days if nothing posts then you can get a full refund but Mr. G made up numerious excuses as to why the lines may haven't posted and assures me they would. Needless to say two small lines that weren't remotely close to what I ordered showed up. I told Mr. G that after 3 months of waiting that those lines were unacceptable and that they still owed me two more sizable tradelines or my money back and that's when they hired a call center to take their calls and I haven't heard from them since. Mr.G even went as far as blocking my calls after I informed him that I will go to the proper authorities. At this point I don't even want Legal Cpn to post anything else on my clients cpn. I just want my money back. I was a affiliate of theirs and had serious explaining to do to my client whose cpn was ruined by this company. They are scammer and Frauds!!!!!!!
