a man named james /steven depending on when you answer his call from number 347 625 3715 repeatedly called leaving messages that there was a affidavit against my name for a default loan from cash advance usa in the amount of $300.00. He quoted my social number and financial info and stated if I did not pay this amount immediately I would have criminal charges placed on me when I explained I have no such loan with this company he began to go over the whole statement again. I placed my daughter on the phone with him for further explanation to the charges once she began questioning his company he hung up, she called back asking to speak to a supervisor and he hung up again, she research the number on the Internet and found I was not alone there are numerous others that have had calls from legal department of a.c.s. from the number 1-347-625-3715, attempting to swindle people out of money claiming they were debt collectors.
