Please be advised, the company "American Platinum Financial Services", which currently has an "F" rating with the BBB, has changed their name to "Legal Helper's Debt Resolution". I suppose you have to change company names often when you run a scam such as this.

DO NOT get a loan modification from this company. I have been dealing with them for 16 months, and still no loan modification...and no money back, as the contract states.
