We were having trouble with a loan modification with our mortgage company and went through the process four times and would end up being denied for some reason and they would start a new one.  So we decided we needed help.  We hired Legal Home Loan Solutions Thomas C Matevia PA Firm on Feb. 8, 2010.  If we paid our money up front we could save several hundred dollars so they withdrew their money on Feb. 10, 2010.  We were told by an Adam Hostie not to pay my modification payment due March 1st that their company would be making all negotiations and we would have no more dealings with the mortgage company until the solution was decided upon.  He told me the mortgage company would probably contact us and offer us a good deal but don't fall for it leave the negotiations to them. 

On 2/17/10 I had not heard from them at all and had left messages that were not returned.  Finally I called the receptionist who sent me a packet that needed to be filled out.  I sent them by fax 104 pages.

On 3/5/10 I had left several messages for several days for Adam and got no returned calls then on th 5th a Bob called me. This goes on and on.  I have spoken to a Paul Alonchi (sp) who is suppose to be a supervisor and have been given a bunch of excuses from promotions to firing people, too much wine, you name it.  I am promised they will call back today with info.  I have left messages everyday for a week. . no returned calls.  I spoke with a Dane Qualey who said he would talk with Paul and get back to us.  No return calls.  I have documented every conversation and what was said.  Mostly answering machine and voice mail. 

So far (at least as far as we know) we know nothing and they have taken our money $2900.00 and that was upfront.  They have come up with no solutions and refuse to return phone calls.
