My family received unecessary and horribly verbally abusive telephone messages from a so-called "LP & Associates". The number that showed up on their caller IDs was 512-340-0627 but the monster of a so-called man said his number was 512-340-0389, Extension 22. This so-called man stated I was going being "warned" that he was going to proceed with legal actions against me if I did not return his call and this was his "last warning" to me and that a warrant would be put out for my arrest.
This was the ONLY warning!!! I NEVER received anything in the mail, e-mail. I know my rights, and intimidating harassment in this tone is against the law and I am in the process of looking up this information to press charges/and or at least get treated with more dignity and respect. This type of treatment simply cannot be allowable. This person's telephone message has been saved and I will bring it to a court of law if I need to.
Has anyone dealth with them and if so, what was their result?
