Won't cancel monthly membership or make it too hard to do so. I've been waiting for 20 minutes listening to recorded message. They offer to call me back, I need to do this NOW! They don't tell you up front its so complicated. They know many customers will give up when they find its such an involved process. Probably what you should do is call them on several lines at the same time to improve your chances of a response.
