i ordered my herbal incense from herbal bud.com a month ago. I havent received product or a refund. They've responded only to a few emails either being rude, or flirty. It wasn't until 3 dayshrs after i ordered they tell me this product is no longer available due to manufacturer. So it should have been removed like other sites. I understand these type of things happen ive been patient but still nothing even tho last week an email informed me next day my order would b shipped, but that was more bull. Now i receive a bulk enail showing there new page and new product s available BUT they still haven't sent mine. I contacted them again they tell me b patient. I have but there playing games just stealing peoples money!!

To the moron who left the "It is illegal" comment: They DID get burnt. They don't have to deal with it. That's the whole point of ripoffreport. The legality of the product is of no concern to you. People will definitely believe the complainer before they believe the 'ex' spice dealer who's telling this poor person to 'deal with it'. These companies scam people out of money all the time, legal OR not.
To the complainer: Good for you! I hope you get some satisfaction from being screwed like you were. I know many people who got the shaft just like you did. Don't listen to morons like the dealer/commentor. If you get screwed...report it!

I am a former vendor of "legal spice". I stopped being a vendor back in 09 when the laws changed.

Let me tell you something. Every single one of those products violates the analoge act set by the federal government. You are playing with fire filing a complaint like this.
It is a very serious felony to be in possesion of that stuff and it can carry the same penalty as heroin and cocaine.
You got burnt, deal with it.
Anyway, that stuff is so unsafe and dangerous!
Just smoke the real thing! It is safe and natural.
