Legally Armed Scam, Stole, Liar, Fraud, murfreesboro Tennessee

 Purchased a reference guide through this "company". Payment was sent through paypal and immediately charged to my card (May 15, 2013). Their website seems a little sketchy, not providing feedback or contact options, but this was a suggested website according to the local sherriffs office. After no communication (verbal or email) confirming my order or providing a tracking number/estimated shipping time, I contacted the seller via email. Two days later I called and got the response "it has been shipped and should be there in two days". I waited a week and called back to get a response "it must have been lost, I will ship another one right now". Two weeks pass without the package arriving (my fault for giving the benifit of a doubt here) - So I call again and speak to the owner by the name of Gene. He says the laws have changed in my county and it will be 14 days until the 2013 version of the handbook is ready. I wait a month and call back - the response I get is "its still not ready but I will get you the copy by the end of this week".

There seems to be a pattern, but lets fast forward to three weeks ago (mid September). I contact paypal to have the payment reimbursed and make sure they note the issue with this seller. Apparently I waited too long, so I dont get the refund but his account gets flagged. Next step was to contact VISA and have them refund me for a fraudulant charge - same result, I missed the deadline by two weeks so I cant get a refund.

Based on my experiences, I wouldnt expect to see a phone call or email from this person. I would not suggest buying anything from their website. I have since contacted the local Sherriffs office in order to ensure the link is removed from their website.
