Legally Mine, LLC Company would not issue promised refund Orem Utah

Owner of company conducted a seminar type presentation and guaranteed a refund if system did not work for clients.

We got information from legally Mine and our CPA advised us not to proceed with Legally Mine. I requested a refund and

the owner of the company eventually called me. Dan (the owner of the company) agreed on the phone to give me my back.

Dan knew that this refund was promised and that is why he agreed to refund my money. Dan then turns my refund over to 

his flunky named Dave Gibb. 

Dave gives me the run around for a year and a half at least. The only reason Dan (owner) called me is because our 

Professional organization put pressure on him. Basically this a bunch of dishonest people. When the owner of the company 

will not keep his word, you can tell they are crooked. I was lied to by the owner of the company who has refused to keep 

 his word. Dan knows he has done wrong. Do not believe anything they say.
