Leggett & Platt Adjustable Beds "Steps to the plate" Carthage, Missouri

On June 3rd, 2010, I filed a report against Leggett & Platt, due too the disatisfaction of the two twin adjustable bed frames I had purchased in August of 2005.  I reported what I felt was the companies strengths and weaknesses, in what I was dealing with, in their products.  Today I wish to say, Leggett & Platt made it right.  With in a couple of days of filing my report on this site, I was notified by a company representative out of North Carolina.  Stacy, the companies rep, notified me that Leggett and Platt would be sending out all new electrical components.  They arrived on the 11th, and the two gentlemen who repaired the beds, have just left with in the hour, this 14th day of June.  Leggett & Platt used a company local to my area for the repairs.  The gentlemans name was Trey, and he had a young assistant.   It can be easy to complain, when we feel we have been wronged, yet I feel we should also be forth coming when, those we feel have done us wrong, have made things right.

There are those with in the Leggett & Platt company I'm sure who where instrumental in making the repairs happen, that I did not speak with, and then their are those that I have listed, and too all of you concerned, I thank you.
