I purchased a scooter from this company on 5/21/2008 with a promised delivery date of 10 - 15 business days (15th day would be June 11th). I have contacted the company several times to find out when it would be delivered only to be referred to a local shipping company who could not give me a straight answer. I called customer service several times. Allie appeared willing to help and provided me with the contact number of the local shipper, whom I called.

After severl misinformed telephone calls, I was finally told that my shipment was sitting in their storeage facility and had been since May 27th! I asked why the did not contact me and they said they thought my number was wrong! They never tried it! I asked that they deliver the scooter as it was a Thursday, but they refused to make any more deliveries that week. I called again the following Monday and spoke to someone different who changed the story to tell me it was illegal to ship to my address. I offered to pick it up if I was refunded the extra money I paid to ship it to my house, but was refused. I called Allie back and she promised to look into it and call me back.

To no ones surprise, she never called me back and instead shot me an e-mail telling me I was owed no money and that it was my responsibility to get the crate. I tried calling her again several times since then and she does not answer my calls. I tried calling to speak to her boss and I got a rude male by the name of Donn who refused to allow me to speak with anyone other than him or Allie. His customer service skills are terrible and the company should be investigated!
