I need help finding three checks was told we received back in 2009 also 2011 two checks paid to us and not true as we never have received these checks. The information I receive is the company has changed a few times, but they can trace these checks back as to we received them. Now I have a problem as my husband is a disabled veteran and now has sense passed away and now the whole policy has changed as 21 days in nursing home not covered, so many days not covered in hospital VA Hospital's.
