Leisure Living Superstore - Backyard And Game Room Liquidators Rip-off by Leisure Living Superstore. I bought a BBQ for $5650, I never received it! PLEASE HELP ME!! Temecula California

Well, after making a lot of call to this company trying to know where is my BBQ, and having no answer at all from them. I decide to check on internet to see if I fine something by Leisure Living Superstore.

Oh my god! My eyes almost pop out from my head, I could not believe how many persons was complain for similar things form the same store. My purchase experience was good at the beginning, was like when you go to buy things to another store. We decide on 11-15-08 to pay a half of the price $2825 in cash from the only money we have in saving. And the other a half by credit card before is delivered. Until here everything was looking ok.
The day of the delivered, they call us and said sorry, our truck broke in our way going to your home. We will need to reschedule for other day the delivered. But this was one week before Christmas vacation, so they told us they will not be able to bring the BBQ until January 5.
Today at January 16, 2009, I still waiting and without knowing where is my BBQ?, when they will delivered it? (at this point I doubt that I ever gone have my BBQ), they will give back my $5650?. I know that someone have my BBQ, so, where is it?.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, someone must be able to do something against this company. I dont know where to begging with this situation, I need help and advice. At this point, the store is not anymore open, the phones has being temporally unavailable and the delivered company with the phone number 909-989-6877 do not answer the phone. I am desperate, angry, sad, confuse, impotence It just a big cocktail of feelings.
