leisure plus savings to go Compay did not send product but charged for it anyway Palouse, Washington

Company was to send product for a thirty day trial no info or product arrived and charges were made on my card.

I contacted the company to find out what was going on and at that time cancelled membership and was told my account would be credited.  When I got my new card statement a credit ws shown but then it was charged again.   subsiquent call to the company was not only unproductive but they said that it was my fault for not canceling earlier(note: never saw product or info from company hense no phone number) cancelled again and demanded refund.

At this time I was told that they don't do refunds and if I want to proceed further to fax my credit card statement to them for verification, are they nuts!

This company is part of stonebridge benefit services, Inc. Stay away they have many nice sounding features and companies but they have no customer service and don't care.
