I have a contract with Leisure Tech to clean my pool every other week.  When I set up this contract, the service manager Bill told me this would cost about 100 dollars each time.  They came and cleaned the pool in june and July.  at teh end of July, the pool was cloudy and the cleaning crew could not figure out what was wrong.  they came 4 different times to gusee what was wrong with the water.  Turns out they just didnt kow what the problem was.  how could they not know?  So i was happy that they finally figured it out.....until i looked at my credit card statement.  they charged me over 600 dollars for services!!  i own a 15' out of ground pool!  Is it my fault they couldnt figure out what the problem was?  they never called or notified me that they were charging over 100$ for each visit.  so I called them and left a message for Bill.  Never got a call back.  dont do business with them, they are just interested in collecting money from you

You can believe anything you want. I'm reporting what happened to me-not you. The pool was a year old. Needed no repairs. Still doesn't. I now get the pool serviced for 60/week and have had no issues or hidden charges. Your theory doesn't explain why I received no call back from the manager. And your theory doesn't explain why I would have been told 100/week when they opened the pool for that season. If it needed repairs like you suggest, why were no repairs performed. They provided no bill just a 600$ charge on my card.

The water was cloudy. Pool is is great condition. Since I stopped dealing with leasure  tech, I have a guy come twice a month for 60$. Pool looks great now. Don't have any idea what leisure tech thought they were doing but they will not get any more $ from me.

Not really helpful

AUTHOR: Mary Casta - (USA)

To simply put this posting is confusing and I don't understand a single bit of it. You say they charged you a crazy amount but never decleared what condition your pool was even in. Did you have broken equipment, an extremely dirty pool from your lack of care. What is the situation behind this? Im sure you just assume people will fix anything for $100. sometimes repairs cost more...

I have been using this company for years, and havent had a single problem yet. Im sure the charges you were hit with, accurately reflect in the service you provided. I believe your pool may have been in terrible shape to even call for the amount you were charged and I honestly think your complaining just becasue you have a voice...

I have used this company for years, and never had a problem. I am wondering what shape your pool was in, and how much work needed to go into in to fix it... It simply doesn't make and sense

The details of your event aren't really clear. You say they charged you but what condition was your pool in, and how bad did it need to be fixed? From the sounds of it your pool must have been in pretty bad shape
