Company seems legit in beginning. I bought the 3 vacations for the price of 1. We spent a $1000 usd. Two 5night 6day stays. One in Cancun, one in Dominican republic. The third anywhere we choose. Plus a booking fee of $99 one time for 3 vacations with 4 years to use (little sketchy). After booking or deposit, they ask for a fax or email of copied I'ds & credit cards claiming it goes to their merchant because their international & in Mexico plus it goes to the resort you book. (more skectchy).

Sales reps are inconsistent with their conversation and unprofessional. Their telephone line hangs up sometimes while calling in. They argue without listening to you. They dont want to give you their full names. After making deposit, I began to research to find out their domain was recently created and others having similar experiences (really sketchy). Our deposit was almost paid in full not to complete or finish paying. So I prayed & took a shot. I booked our 1st trip to cancun praying this wasn't a spoof.

The $99 booking fee had tax of $79 totalling $179. This pissed me off. (because we didn't find this out until everything was fully paid & about to book the first trip). After we received the email from leisure confirming our resort pick and dates. We called the resort directly a day later to make sure we were booked/confirmed. A day later the resort vacation department sent a email confirming our arrival dates.

5 days before our departure I called leisure to make sure they set up our transportation to the resort because we hadn't received a transportation company email confirmation. A day later we received the transportation email confirmation. After arrival in Cancun. The transportation company arrived. Our trip went safe as planned. But when we returned home to book our second trip right away before maybe leisure vacation time shuts down. We found out by booking rep we have to wait for 6months before we can book the second trip.

(The reason mentioned by this rude rep was because of time share databases they will know we traveled to a timeshare recently within 6months). No where was this mentioned in any email, fine print or verbally upon deposit or purchase. That after you take your first trip you have to wait 6months before you can book your next trip. I asked if I can book 6months out & was told NO. So in reality you have to wait 7 months or more because they also want a 30 day advance notice (SUPER Sketchy again). YOU MAY GET 1 VACATION BUT NOT ALL 3.
