Leland National Gold Exchange Doug Mears and Paul Lewakowski - Leland Gold Steal commissions from employees and re-route calls to longer tenured brokers Los Angeles, California

I worked at Leland Gold in 2011 and it was the worst experience of my life. First of all, they found half their brokers on Craigslist. They also steal commissions from brokers.

1) They never list the last names of the clients they close because when you telemarket people there and they call back for you instead of transfering the client back to you they transfer it to one of their "in" guys who then closes the person you got interested and you don't get paid.

2) Once new brokers bring in their warm lists - they fire them and turn the accounts over to more experienced guys who can then milk the clients for more money.

3) They give all their leads to all the guys who work there simultaneously so it's virtually impossible to get fresh leads and the people you do reach hate you because they've already been called by Leland staffers dozens of times.

4) They have two locations and will steal the clients you've sent packages to by having the staff at the other location call the client and close them under a different company name without you knowing it and without you getting paid.

5) They don't pay you a base or an hourly rate and force you to work 8 hour days if you want to get leads.

6) After being there six months I found out Paul Lewatowski and Doug Mears have both been sued multiple times in various states .

This company is very shady. Steer clear of them. If they steal from their employees imagine what they must do to their clients.
