They are constantly violating collection laws - Have repeatedly contacted my husband at work-my husband and I have told them several times that they can't call that number. Michelle called my husband today on that number and when he brought this up she stated "too bad, this is number I have so I am calling it." No call to my home phone or office (they have both numbers). Told my husband that I was in default (even though he is not on account and they have no written authorization to speak with him). She told him it was his responsibility since he is married to me. I was told by Roth Abraham that he was owner of the company, called one day and he answered the phone and he told me he was the janitor. He told me one of the managers there was his secretary.

My husband was told today that the person I normally speak with, Ms Jones, no longer works for the company (even though I spoke with her today). Spoke with a rep on 6/1/05 and told him I would make a payment by the end of the week. Spoke with Michelle (who stated she was an arbitrator) today and she REFUSED to take my payment and said they were going to sue me and garnish my wages. She said I have been argumentative since first contact (which I have, since they have constantly lied to me) and that she would only accept a settlement - why? because I have argued with them? She also said I need to "be responsible and step up to the plate". I have filed a complaint with the FTC - I suggest everyone do so!
