Lend Up - Flurish Customer Service is pathetic! Internet

I applied and was approved for a loan on 12/16/14. The next morning - no deposit in my bank account and I checked the status on their website. It read the following: Deposit Failed. We tried to deposit money into your bank account but, the transaction failed. Please contact us now to get your money as soon as possible.

My complete and accurate account information was provided on the application. According to my bank, the deposit failed as the bank didn't feel comfortable depositing money from an unknown source to them.

So, I did contact Customer Service at Lend Up - and this began a 7 month - yes 7 month back and forth game of "this is why we tell you to provide your correct account information - we have no idea when you can reapply".

My Account information and everything else was correct - I had no way of knowing that my bank would do this, but appreciate them watching out for me!

Lend Up said that one day I will receive an e-mail that I can re-loan. It has been almost 7 months to the day.

So, no one in Customer Service has the authority to work with a customer to accept different account information to re-loan and/or fix this situation?
