LENDER PRIVATE ROBERT WELLS FRAUD SCHEME TO TAKE MONEY IE PROPERTY NAPLES Florida

Robert Wells AKA Lender Private runs a fraud scheme to take your money(property) according to the Florida State statute on Fraud 817.034 

Robert wells will promise you a loan and will request reserves up front for what he says secures your loan.  Don't do it he will steal your money as he did ours and cause you to lose your home as he did us.

We were approved for and promised a 250,000.00 loan for our house and it never happened.  The title company attorney found some issues with Robert Wells/Lender private missing closing date after closing date.  We had our title, note, mortgage, and survey complete along with our appraisal.  No close on our loan costing us our down payment of 47,000.00 on our lease option contract.

If your reading this never never never trust this guy nomatter what he says.  The application and loan agreement will look authentic but its not. He has hurt us and probably many others very badly.  We have filed a criminal complaint and spoken with the Florida State Attorny's office in trying to get back our 8,750.00.  He wanted 10,500.00

These reports are real, beware of this scam, report it if you havent already.  Robert Wells/Lender Private found through lending Universe will make your loan sound good promising new appliances and many other upgrades when your money comes through only to get your money he calls reserves.

He will say He's had 10 heart attacks to win your sympathy, don't fall for it.  He has not given us our money back so the authorities will have to make him do it.  All I can say is beware.
