Michael West contacted us regarding refinance of ou home and doing a consolidation of our finances, What a tottal rip-off, after requesting a $375.00 check for and apprasial I was stuppided to send it. After 90 days I was informed it was denird. With no reason ,  Mr. West would take over 3 weeks to return calls, Or not at all, constant lossing forms etc.  Even the check we sent overnight, they took several hours before they found out that they had it. I hope no other person should go thru this with this company.  The goverment should shut them down.  As a Veteran, I feel once again I been screwed.
