My experience includes 30 years as a loan officer. I have worked for LSI long enough to see how this company does business and I can tell you that first, there are no fees charged to the customer unless they want a lower rate and second, they work very hard to get the loan processed fast and with the best program for the customer.

The employees that are employed as of Janurary 2016 are all honest, experienced and care about what happenes to the customer. There is a lot of repeat business here so they are doing something right. 

There have been employees let go for miss handling customers and that may be where the bad reports are coming from. One in particular was just not sane.

There are two branches of this company and the other one does have a few loan officers that are do not represent the company very well and they will be discharged for it.

Take the time to interview any of the loan officers and you will know what I am talking about. The duluth office rocks.
