Micheal west was my loan officer.  He told me 4.1% then gave me a preapproval letter not to exceed 3.875! Awesome until 4 days before the close in the contract it said 4.875 with 3,550$ extra fees from flagstaff!! Micheal said the comps were not good enough!! Lier , we were bying a 265,000$ house for 239,000! He gave us pmi insurance for 168$ a month and said that's the best he could do! After his contract I looked around and found it for 104$ a month, told him and he said well I can do that!! He and his company bait and switch hoping that when your that close to closing you will not back out!! My wife and I told him hell no and pushed back our closing! We were lucking that we could. Never ever go with this company!! All they do is suck people in knowing that they may lose some contracts but keep most cause they don't give you the contract in time to get another lender!!
