LendingTree has an advertisement for best loan rates $500 guarantee program. I contacted them via the internet guarntee program. They contacted me with offers, they did not meet the offer I had. I faxed them the offer and he said -can not come close. I contacted his supervisor who had me fax TIL etc. He said can't match and to send documents upon closing my loan. I did that and they still refuse to honor the guarantee.
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they still refuse. Now I have to pay $50.00 to arbitrate and hope to win.....Do not use LendingTree -they do not honor their advertisements and have higher rates then you can get with your local mortgage broker -they are a nationwide scam that are being allowed to get away with bad business practices!
