We orderd a nikon 18-200 AF VR lens. Upon confirming the ordered, they conviced us that due to a 'plastic' mount we needed to upgrade to a metal mount. We agreed without knowning and instead they sent us a Sigma lens. They now refuse to accept the lens back without charging an outrageous restocking fee.

I spoke with the manager Andy, who was extremely rude on the phone, told me to 'shut my mouth' and hung up on me.
