LEnvi Skin Care L'Envi SCAM .Not up front about terms. Will not refund. Rude "customer service" unknown Internet

My minor daughter thought she was getting a trial of LEnvi face and eye cream for the price of shipping.  What she didn't know was that, after 14 days, I would be charged $94.95, and $94.99 for each.  

I called them first thing this morning, the staff barely speak english and are clearly reading their lines off of a piece of paper.  They just keep repeating themselves and will not let you speak to a supervisor.  I called a second time and asked for a supervisor first, before explaining everything, and the lady (Shery) told me she was a supervisor, I found it odd that a supervisor just happened to answer the phone.  She ended up hanging up on me when I asked for another "supervisor".  I called 1-800-340-6991 and I also called 1-800-247-5167.  

I have since called my bank so they can report the charges because I got nowhere with the company.
