I placed an order for an eye cream for $4.95.  A few hours later, I was called to be informed that the eye cream was a 2 stage process. I was immediately concerned and told the man I only wanted the item I order regardless of the 2 stage and to only charge me for that item. I was never informed of a subscription, trial offer or continuous charges to my credit card for an additional $94.99 (monthly). I was charged $4.95 for the item and thought that was it. When I noticed the additional charge of $94.99 on my credit card the next month, I called to dispute the charge and put my card on hold as it was about the time they would charge it again, as they did try. All the while, I only received the one little jar of eye cream with no literature, explanation of the "subscription" I apparently joined nor other product options....not to mention no further shipments of product! This company has the nerve to dispute my dispute and have submitted falsified paperwork to my credit card company claiming I checked off boxes and agreed to the trial subscription on line and are fighting to get the $94.99 back as well as an additional $94.99 for cancelling after my "trial" offer!  Keep in mind-they never sent any information about the product other than what is on the jar (that does not mention 2 stages), no packing slip, or subscription advisement.  This is a scam!
