Lenzmeier Construction Steve Lenzmeier Complaint Non-payment Mesa, Arizona

Lenzmeier Construction business ethics are questionable.  Have done some contracting work wth Lenzmeier Construction of Mesa and have not recieved compensation.  No emails (for months) , no phone calls.  Operation being run from his home in Mesa.  Lenzmeier Construction will not pay for work that has been done.  After your work is complete Steve Lenzmeier (Owner) will give you a run-around stating that he will call you or get ahold of you in the near future.  He is always on "vacation" so expect a long wait, or no phone call at all.  He claims to know what he is talking about but he does not have a clue and will put blame on you for his mistakes. Shame on Lenzmeier Construction and Steve Lenzmeier.  Whether you are a customer or a contractor, do your own due diligence and buyer beware.  Use the web to serch 'Lenzmeier Construction Complaints' to see what comes up of the owner and use public information.
