I found leon Vexler on indeed as a very experianced technicain dor installation of alarms and security access control...I had asked him to provide me with his company information WISB and Liabikoty insurance certificate. At that time I send him as a sub contractor to customers locations to do work...He installed a door strike on a commercial office building door after cutting the door frame did so much damage to the frame that now it is gonna cost me thousands of dollars to replace....He submitted 2 weeks invoicing to me under his personal name not his company name and ordered me to pay him right away otherwise he he threatened me to go direct to my clients and tell them i am not paying him. His invoices had wrong rate of hourly pay and still has not provided me with WISB certificate nor Liability insurance certifiate. When I called him to confront him about it he got angry and started swearing at me that he does not have them an no one ever asked for them in the past and that I am using this as a reason not to pay him. The damages on the door that he did arw over $3000.00 to replace the frame. His invoices total 1500.00. I was still planning to work this out with him but he already called my clients and told hom i am ripping him off and claimed that i owed him well over 5000.00. Total lie.... this guy needs mental help and would help hom to get professional help.....Do not use him else you are willing to loose out on your business.
