This person was referred to me as someone who finds cars at the auction for very cheap. The day after he was given my information, he called me several times with this urgency about finding me a car. He came that same day to collect money for a car he had claimed to have found (according to what I told him I was looking for), he took the money, gave me the run around for a month then completely stopped taking my calls. He won't take my calls or return them even though I was extremely patient and understanding about the stories he was giving me. He lied over and over about being locked up, his mom being in ICU, his mom who also ended up breaking her hip, about the car he bought but his employee blew the engine who he later had to beat up......ahhh, are you confused yet?! What a mess of a person. He also owes money to a business who he interacts with. They apparently took him to court around the same time of my incident, he promised to pay through the courts and defaulted on that too. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!!!

I was looking for a car and Leonard E Mason was recommended by my girlfriend who lives in Virginia. She used to live in Atlanta and Leonard used to fix her Saab vehicle. I called Leonard and he told me he would purchase the vehicle and I would make payments to him. He came to my house and picked up a check for $500.00 and cashed it the next morning. My bank called me to confirm payment because I don’t write checks and I ok the payment to him because my girlfriend said he was an ok person. It’s been over a month now and no car. All I get is “I’m at the action now and will call you back in 20 minutes, or I found a car but it’s in bad condition. I even phone and text him stating that I found a job after been unemployed almost 2 years and that the job is contingent on me having a car. I asked him to give me back my money so I could look for a car to get to work, he never reply. PEOPLE PLEASE BE AWARE AND NOT BE A SUCKER. I WILL PURSUE HIM LEGALLY AND WILL BE CALLING CHANEL 2 NEWS FOR ADDITIONAL HELP.
