Tuesday May 28, 2016 Ordered 2 boxes of cigars from Leopard Cigars in Madrid Spain.

Monday June 6, 2016  (8 days since I ordered cigars excluding May 28, 2016) I am told cigars to ship during the week.

 Friday, June 8, 2016 (10 days since I ordered cigars) I am told cigars to ship on Saturday June 10, 2016

Wednesday, June 13, 2016 (15 days since I ordered cigars) 7:45 a.m I send an email to inquire why my cigars haven't shipped. I now decide to call the phone number provided and all I do is get sent in a loop around  and around  to the same 4 options press 1 for this and press 2 for that over and over. NO ONE ANSWERS!! Also still have not been told that cigars shipped NOR am I provied a tracking number. Finally around 12:30 p.m I am giving a tracking number

Saturday, June 23, 2016 (25 days since I ordered cigars)  email three times and finally get response back that cigars shipped June 13, 2016 and takes 10-20 days. Meanwhile the tracking number doesn't show anything. They also gave me four carriers to check and couldn't nail down who in fact was going to deliver the cigars

Friday June 29, 2016 (31 days since I ordered cigars) I am told cigars returned back becuase they sent to wrong address. I tell them to re-send again.

Friday July 1, 2016 (34 days since I ordered cigars) I am told cigars have shipped

Thursday, July 11, 2016 (44 days since I ordered cigars) Want to know where cigars are and keep getting form emails that say the same thing as all the other emails from them. No apologies NOTHING. Just the same form email 

Friday July 15, 2016 (48 days since I ordered cigars) I am told cigars will arrive BY Friday July 22, 2016.

Friday July 22, 2016: (55 days since I ordered cigars) Cigars didn't arrive - I am told PLEASE give to July 28, 2016

Thursday, July 28, 2016 (61 days since I ordered cigars) Nope!

Friday July 29, 2016 (62 days since I ordered cigars) They arrive BUT  I also get an email telling me that only 1 BOX has been sent and I will have to wait "another week for the second one to arrive" - This is first time in over 2 months that I am told they only shipped ONE BOX.

I email and tell them REFUND ME $255 for the box that didn't arrive.  They say it will take 8-10 business days.  This ought to be interesting.

In summary:

Leopard Cigars is a scam as evidenced by my experience. I would not order from them as they are not a legit company even though their website looks professional and the cigars look amazing. Please do not make the same mistake I made. Stay away from this fly by night company and save yourself a lot of aggravation. Even though they agreed to refund my money, this has yet to be completed. I actually believe that I may not get my refund at all.
