Lerner and Row Ripped me off $1160 after I fierd them for not working on my case they said that they had done a lot of work even though before I let them go they had nothing done and said sorry they didn't get the police report even Phoenix Arizona

On October 24 2017 I called Lerner and Row as I had been hit by a car while in the crosswalk on the 23rd after about a week I called them to see if they had my police report and if they had talked to my whitness and they said no they hadn't done anything with my case as of this time but would be getting the police report and speaking with the witness soon. I then Said don't bother I Will find another attorney that Will take care of my case. I then went on to find another firm to take my case. Well now imagine my surprise when we are ready to settle my case and Lerner and Row have put a lien on my settlement for $1160 even though they have done nothing keep in mind that I had fired them in October of 2017 now the list of things they say they had done has date's going as far as 2/15/2018 for mailing a check that cost me$25 to pay a firm that I fired in October of 2017 The list has 16 things that they say they did totalling 1,160.00 I can't imagine what it would cost to have my case settled by them. And they say that they care for victims of auto accidents what about your victims? You have made it clear to me that all you care about is money no matter how you have to get it lie cheat steel you do it all at the cost of the victims of auto accidents that are trying to heal from the wounds inflicted on them you inflict more. Thanks for nothing hey but you did get your money and after all isn't that all you care about.
